E2 SOLUTIONS ACCOUNT ACCESS
Problem : I cannot access my E2 Solutions account. My password gets rejected. When I request an alternative verification to be sent to my email, it never arrives.
I have been unable to request orders to attend D-Train because I can't get in to my E2 Solutions account.

Because the system requires a .MIL address, all E2 customer accounts are assigned to the DIRAUX shared inbox address. When you submit a reset account request, the link automatically goes to the shared inbox. Because the message comes to the inbox with only a member's first name, with only a first name we don't know who has requested the reset. Links has a 10 minute time limit, if we're not currently in the shared inbox, by time we see the notice, usually the time to reset has expired.
The best way to get your password it to let us know you are trying to get a password reset, and we can communicated in real time and when you let us know you have submitted a password request and we can send you the reset message within minutes so that you can reset your password.
