Did this ticket reach the DIRAUX General E-mail Inbox?

The system was set for all ADMINs to receive each ticket created. A recipe for confusion. I asked Willie Morris to reset for tickets to go only to the DIRAUX General E-mail Inbox so it can be reassigned from there.

Did this ticket make it to the inbox only?

It came to the DIRAUX shared inbox. But the email sent to the mailbox was address to multiple address and not just the DIRAUX.
